  • Digital Marketing Coordinator, 3 days/week

    The Digital Marketing Coordinator grows and engages our audience through thoughtful, contemporary digital marketing across Prison Network and New Leash Dog Salon. They bring stories of impact to life online, leading social media, digital campaigns and supporter journeys.

    Working closely with staff, volunteers and participants, they create authentic, values-aligned content, using data and insights to strengthen engagement and fundraising outcomes.

  • Volunteer Manager, 3 days/week

    The Volunteer Manager builds and supports a strong volunteer community at Prison Network.

    Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager, they oversee recruitment, onboarding and compliance, ensure volunteers are connected and supported in their roles, and foster an inclusive, engaging experience.

    The role also manages corporate volunteering, creating opportunities for connection, leadership and meaningful contribution.

  • Support Worker, full-time

    Support Workers walk alongside women inside and outside of prison, providing consistent, non-judgemental support across all stages of their journey, including practical, emotional and advocacy support tailored to individual needs.

    They build trusted relationships in prison and continue wrap-around support post release, assisting with housing, employment and community connection.

    The role aims to support long-term stability, connection and purpose.

  • Craft Coordinator (volunteer role)

    The Craft Coordinator is an important volunteer role that creates engaging and meaningful experiences for women and children.

    They plan and prepare activities ensuring sessions are well-organised and resourced.

    Working closely with the Volunteer Manager and DPFC and Tarrengower volunteers, they provide guidance, manage materials and support a positive, creative environment that contributes to meaningful program experiences.
