• On release from prison many women are friendless, with nowhere to go, and little chance of employment. Unfortunately many return to the familiar life of drugs and crime.

Our Board

Prison Network Ministries is overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors.

• Chairwoman Natalie Fielding is a qualified Solicitor with more than a decade experience in the legal field, including time spent working with the Department of Justice. Joined the Board in March 2007.

• Treasurer Brian Waters is a Chartered Accountant with 50 years public accounting experience. Joined the Board in November 2005.

• CEO Deb Redford acts as Board Secretary and brings two decades of experience in Business Administration.

• Jenny Lloyd has over 20 years experience as an Accounts Administrator and is also a long-term volunteer with Prison Network's craft program. Joined the Board in October 2001.

• Roger Vreugdenhil has worked in Management Consulting for two decades. Joined the Board in March 2007.

• Tracey Cheeseman has over a decade of experience in Journalism, Public Relations and Communications. Joined the Board in August 2007.

• Jane Frawley has 15 years experience in Company and Financial Services Law. Joined the Board in March 2008. 

• Ron Crosling has a background in business management, with the last 20 years as a management consultant. Joined the Board in July 2009.

• Helen Walker works as an accounts/administrator for a building company and has been involved with PNM for many years. She rejoined the Board in 2009 after an 8 year break.
