About UsPrison Network Ministries (formerly Campaigners for Christ Prison Ministries) is an inter-denominational Christian organisation that responds to the practical, emotional and spiritual needs of women in the Victorian prison system and the needs of their children and families. Our staff
PNM consists of four staff members and a dozen volunteers who coordinate our programs and work directly with the women. We are also overseen by an independant Board of Directors. What we do The support services we provide include: - Visitation to all Victorian women's prisons
- Recreational activities in the prison such as sport and craft programs
- Facilitating visits between mothers and children
- Christian discussion group
- Court attendance and support
- Assistance with family visits
- Crisis support
- Post-release support, including the Side by Side mentor program
- Providing transport
- Assistance in securing accommodation
- Support for children such as holiday camps, birthday presents and other activities
- Other forms of practical assistance as the needs arise
- Spiritual direction
